Scott joined Plan Administration & Consulting, LLC (PAC) in 2000. He offers over 20 years of experience in providing customized plan design and administration for a wide range of employee benefit plans.

Scott is a valued business consultant to his clients by ensuring their benefit plans are strategically crafted, fully compliant and properly suited to meet the needs of their company and employees. In addition, he keeps pulse on the latest IRS and DOL regulations. Scott works closely with small to midsize companies operating in various industries allowing him to tap into a diverse background to meet a new client’s needs.

Although Scott has a strong foundation of knowledge to build upon, he understands every client has unique goals. Therefore, he strives to put himself in each client’s shoes and understand their position. Scott brings great value to businesses that truly understand the importance of a quality retirement plan, but may not have the resources for proper management and maintenance and are seeking guidance on the best type of plan to meet their needs.

An example of one of Scott’s previous success stories was helping redesign and administer a retirement plan for a client who had fallen out of compliance and was being audited by the DOL. Through the assistance of Scott and the PAC team, the client was able to increase his retirement savings, maintain the benefit level for employees and eliminate the client’s worries about the security and management of his company’s plan.

Prior to joining Plan Administration & Consulting, Scott managed multiple retirement plans for several hotel chains owned and operated by Hilton Hotel Corporation and Promus Hotel Corporation. In addition, he served in the trust department of Union Planters Bank and First National Bank of Omaha, where he was responsible for retirement plan management, processing, tax reporting and consulting for businesses.

Scott currently resides in Lakeland, TN with his wife and 2 children. When not serving clients, he enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, teaching Sunday school and being a dad. Scott enjoys going to concerts and sporting events. Scott also spends free time hunting, fishing and playing golf.
