Mr. Leib began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company
in 1969. He subsequently operated his own firm, Steven Leib
and Company, P.C. for many years before merging into Uiberall,
Leib, Blockman, Perry, P.C. which later merged into what is
now Watkins Uiberall.

Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
