Clark's Personal Mission Statement

“My goal is to help my clients improve efficiencies and make their tasks easier.  I strive to serve as a trusted resource and to be available for their questions and needs at any time during the year.”

Clark joined the member group of Watkins Uiberall, PLLC in 2021 and has been with the firm since 2008. As a member, he is responsible for planning, reviewing and supervising audit engagements and assists in research and implementation of technical guidance.  Clark specializes in community banking, nonprofit organizations and privately owned businesses.

In his work with community banking, Clark is dedicated to developing the firm’s banking niche and to training staff in this specialized industry.  His nonprofit clients include churches, health and welfare, charitable organizations, social clubs, schools and foundations.  After graduating from The University of Mississippi and prior to joining Watkins Uiberall, Clark served as an in-charge accountant with an international accounting firm where he gained experience in the manufacturing industry.

A contributing factor to Clark’s success is his energetic and knowledgeable approach to solving problems.  Known for his research skills and efficiency gains through his Excel knowledge, Clark strives to be a trusted advisor to both co-workers and clients.

After moving to Memphis in 2005, Clark says the city he loves is big enough to keep him busy and yet small enough to feel like a hometown. When not at work, Clark stays busy volunteering in the community and keeping physically fit.
