Clark joined Watkins Uiberall, PLLC in 2008 after working with an international accounting firm in both audit and transaction services. He serves as the Director of the attestation department and was admitted as a member of the firm in 2021. As a partner, he is responsible for planning, reviewing and supervising audit engagements and assists in research and implementation of technical guidance. 

 His nonprofit clients include churches, health and welfare organizations, social service organizations, social clubs, schools and foundations. As part of his commitment to providing the highest quality service to his clients, Clark attends the annual Not-For-Profit Industry Conference in Washington, DC sponsored by the AICPA. In addition, he has obtained AICPA certifications for Advanced Not-For-Profit and Advanced Single Audit. A contributing factor to Clark’s success is his energetic and knowledgeable approach to solving problems. Known for his research skills and efficiency gains through his Excel skills, Clark strives to be a trusted advisor to both co-workers and clients.
