Jin Yao joined Watkins Uiberall, PLLC in 2015 immediately after graduating from Harding University. As a Principal, Jin Yao is a trusted advisor and provides tax preparation, planning and consulting services to a diverse client base including partnerships, closely held corporations, high-net worth individuals, trusts, and non-profit organizations.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Jin Yao provides assistance to the department’s scheduling to ensure timely completion of projects. She also leads the Wellness committee within the department to promote employee health & well-being, creating a workplace culture that strengthens employee retention and satisfaction.

Jin Yao grew up in Searcy, Arkansas and currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband. In her free time, Jin Yao enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
