Randy D. Gammill, CPA

As a Member, Randy serves as the Director of Information Technology for the firm. In this leadership role, he directs the technology initiatives within the Firm as well as continuing to manage audit engagements. Randy also oversees the Firm’s data analytics division.  In the field, he specializes in audit services for nonprofit, healthcare, HUD and many other types of organizations. Randy’s clients include hospitals, small businesses, nursing homes, health clinics and public charities. 

Randy joined Watkins Uiberall in 1998 and moved to Mississippi in 2007 to head our Tupelo office. Throughout his time with the firm, he has exhibited a tremendous amount of commitment and dedication while providing outstanding service to a diverse group of clients. We appreciate the value that Randy brings to our clients and to the firm and look forward to his continuing contribution to our success. 

In addition to serving his clients, Randy plays an active role in the professional development of his peers and colleagues. He ensures the firm’s staff stays current on key trends and techniques by providing ongoing training. Randy has also presented to the BKR Healthcare Consulting Committee regarding skilled nursing facilities. Additionally, Randy helped open and is now running the firm’s Tupelo, Mississippi office. He attributes his career success to his strong work ethic and Watkins Uiberall’s supportive work environment, which provides strong mentors and ample opportunity for achievement.

Randy grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended high school in Columbus, Mississippi. He currently resides in Tupelo, Mississippi with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
